Return Policy

Standard Mixes may be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shipping date. Custom Mixes cannot be cancelled once the order is mixed. Returns of Standard Mixes and Individual Species must be made in the original unopened packaging within one week of delivery. Returns of Standard Mixes and Individual Specie are subject to a restocking charge of 20% plus freight charges. Custom mixes can not be returned.
